Vermont residential landlord-tenant law is governed by 9 V.S.A. Chapter 137. When Vermont ships on LeaseKit, we will include the state-mandated disclosures, the correct security deposit cap and return deadline, the statutory notice periods, and the eviction procedure requirements.
