Nebraska residential landlord-tenant law is governed by Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-1401 et seq.. When Nebraska ships on LeaseKit, we will include the state-mandated disclosures, the correct security deposit cap and return deadline, the statutory notice periods, and the eviction procedure requirements.
