Louisiana residential landlord-tenant law is governed by La. R.S. 9:3201 et seq.. When Louisiana ships on LeaseKit, we will include the state-mandated disclosures, the correct security deposit cap and return deadline, the statutory notice periods, and the eviction procedure requirements.
