Indiana residential landlord-tenant law is governed by I.C. 32-31. When Indiana ships on LeaseKit, we will include the state-mandated disclosures, the correct security deposit cap and return deadline, the statutory notice periods, and the eviction procedure requirements. Four document types will be available: residential lease, notice to quit, rent increase notice, and move-out checklist. Signature-ready PDF, $29 per document, one-time payment.
