## Orlando eviction process

Orlando evictions go through Orange County Court:

  1. 3-day pay-or-quit (Fla. Stat. 83.56(3)).
  2. UD Complaint ($185-$280).
  3. Tenant 5-business-day answer.
  4. Hearing 10-21 days.
  5. Writ of possession; sheriff lockout.
